By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through our website or affiliated digital storefronts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue your use of our services immediately.

2 Products, Specifications & Pricing

Selects Grills strives to ensure that all product descriptions, heating capacities (BTUs), cooking surface measurements, fuel compatibility, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date:

• Product Accuracy: Product visuals and manufacturer specifications are presented as accurately as possible. Slight manufacturing variations in stainless steel finishes or cast-iron coatings may occur.
• Pricing in Canadian Dollars: All catalog prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (C$) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Taxes and freight fees are calculated at checkout.
• Price Corrections: We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted.

4 Delivery & Freight Handling

Heavy equipment, including freestanding and built-in outdoor kitchen stations, are delivered using specialized freight carriers. For full logistic policies, please review our Delivery Information page.

Recipients are required to inspect external packaging upon freight delivery. Obvious transit damage must be noted on the bill of lading prior to signing acceptance.

5 Installation Safety & Manufacturer Warranties

Barbecue equipment operates under high thermal conditions and with flammable fuels (natural gas, propane, wood pellets, charcoal). Users must observe all safety mandates:

• Gas connections must comply with local municipal codes and should be inspected or installed by certified gas technicians.
• Selects Grills provides professional guidance via our Services and Maintenance department.
• Original manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and craftsmanship as specified in individual warranty cards provided with each unit.

6 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Selects Grills shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of heating apparatus, improper gas line installation, failure to adhere to clearance requirements, or unapproved product alterations.
